Just thought I’d mention why I’m recommending Blurb. For years I’ve been semi serious about photography going back all the way to black and white prints, even developing my own 35mm slides (under 35 and you’ll probably have no idea what I’m talking about). I have quite a collection and digital cameras are so easy that I have thousands of photos I rarely look at.Last Christmas my wife and I enjoyed a meal with friends that love to travel. On their coffee table this great book containing photos from their last few trips. They are not professional photographers but boy did the pictures look good in that book.Since then I’ve been working my way through my photo collection and putting together books on different themes. These books really work well for vacation pictures. Now my photos are easy to get at and I can bore my guest with endless stories about where we went.Disclaimer: just so everyone is clear. If you buy one of these books after clicking the link above I do earn a small commission. It doesn’t cost you anymore to do it this way but it does help fund the creation and running of this website. Thanks Robert.

, it is a bit of a compromise as then the table would be higher up for the hands to use the laptop etc, and it is a nice height for that, my arms don’t have to be lifted very high up in the air to type as a higher table of this structure would (though i still could do with a couple of cushions under my elbows i think when using it over me, but thats just the fibromyalgia affects). for people carpentry experienced, it would be fairly easy to unscrew the legs and replace the legs with different ones if legs or body depth (depending how it is positioned) were over 5-6 inches or so.the only other tempting ones look like the ones that have adjustable legs too, with hinges, but went for this one, as it has more features that i like, it’s wooden, and a fraction of the price. plus some of those adjustable legs didn’t have a locking feature, so reviewers said that it fell down with a bit of weight on. the ones that have locks in the legs that i looked at were much more expensive. perhaps if i was bigger depth than 5 inches or so, and/or had more money i would try one of them, but this is nice and sturdy, and is doing me ok as we speak.am glad that i found what i was looking for, something to use in bed for me if bed bound, or just fancy doing work etc from the comfort of my bed,and also when my (nice and healthy!) son decides to use the laptop in bed for comfort and/or to be close to me when i’ve been bed bound, he can sit straight when using this, improving his posterthe adjustable shelf is also good for the fingers when typing too compared to a flat desk.i expect it will also be used by us for breakfast and other meals in bed, doing activity books, drawing etc in bed, and maybe when eating in the garden too picnic style on a rug, with this table,if i had a car, i might’ve taken it camping with us for the same…Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Â

The very best way to obtain home decor at a rock bottom price is to always be on the lookout for these types of places:Garage/Yard SalesThe GoodWillThe Salvation ArmyThrift ShopsSecond Hand ShopsConsignment ShopsYour Friends and Family’s Basements and AtticsLook past the finish on furniture and pay attention to the lines. You can refinish or paint just about anything. A $3.00 lamp base at the Salvation Army that is ugly can have new life with a can of spray paint.Gaudy picture frames can become great frames for a mirror. Take the drawers out of a dresser, sand and stain them along with the dresser top, then paint the dresser black. A great look, indeed. An outdoor bench is a great asset in a house. You can get anything from rugs to liquor decanters at thrift shops. Shop for pillows in the clearance sections of Marshall’s, TJ Max and Home Goods. Do not overlook new or used outdoor furniture to use inside. I made a great headboard out of a three paneled door turned sideways after filling in the doorknob hole and the hinge screws. Find out when bulk pick up day is conducted in surrounding towns. Go out with a truck and you will be amazed at what people are throwing away. The best time to shop the Salvation Army and the GoodWill is in October, November and December when people are getting rid of their old furniture and replacing it for the holidays.Paint is the least expensive and single most dramatic change you an make in any room. Pick warm colors and please do not pick white paint for your walls because it seems like a safe way out. Color in your home will instantly add the homey look you are after. Really.Remember, buy only things you like and are capable of fixing up or you will end up with a bunch of stuff you **** in the long run.Good Luck to you in your new home.
